Complimentarytickets available for all HIS Students & Faculty and their immediate family. (Immediate family are parents and siblings.) Check-in will be required prior to entry. Extended family members and friends are welcome to attend at $10 per person over age 2. Please secure your tickets prior to May 1 so we may get an accurate head count for our caterer.
A Cinco De Mayo Themed Mexican Dinner will be served!

Silent Auction Event Information
The Henderson International School PTA’s Silent Auction is the biggest fundraiser of the year. All proceeds from this event will help fund PTA sponsored events throughout the school year, as well as our philanthropy efforts. Henderson International School PTA is a 501(c)(3) non-profit charitable organization that works hand-in-hand with teachers, school administration, and parents to enhance the joy and well being of HIS students. Collectively, we work to build a sense of inclusion and community which complements and enriches the learning environment. HIS PTA achieves this by hosting on-campus events such as the Back to School BBQ, Student Triathlon, Scholastic Book Fairs, Holiday Shop, Spring Fling carnival, Pastries with Parents, and Summer Kickoff. HIS PTA hosts multiple Teacher Appreciation events throughout the school year. Additionally, the PTA hosts on and off-campus family fun nights.

The Silent Auction mobile bidding opens May 1 at 8am. All bidding will close at 8:45pm on May 4. All bidding will be done via smartphones, in partnership with the mobile bidding platform GiveSmart.
Payment for winning auction bids will be credit card through GiveSmart’s secure server. No cash for auction items will be accepted.

Silent Auction items will be on display in the Gym starting at 6pm on May 4.
The attire for the evening will be casual. Please do not forget socks for the bounce house!
Parking will be at the main school parking lot and along the street in front of the school.
Food and Beverage
Dinner will be Authentic Mexican food (tacos, quesadillas, etc.) and there will be 3 cooking stations. All food will be cooked to order. Soft drinks, juice, water, and authentic aqua frescas will be provided.
Raffle tickets will be available for purchase on the night of the event at the check-in desk. Cash or credit cards will be accepted. Must be present to win, and must have winning ticket in hand at the time of the drawing. Raffle ticket prices are as follows:
