Thank you for participating in the Henderson International School PTA’s Fourth Annual Silent Auction! The night is designed to bring parents and faculty together for a wonderful time and to raise funds that benefit the children. In addition to being a “Fund” raiser (which is very important and benefits every HIS child), we want this night to be a “Fun” raiser too!
In order to ensure a successful event and to provide enough food and wine for all guests, we require that you register for this event by March 11, 2017. Complimentary tickets for two are available below. If you would like to bring additional guests (21 and over), tickets are $30 each. We have partnered with Eventbrite to manage ticket distribution. There is a guard gate at Southern Highlands Golf Club. The names of all ticketed guests will be given to the guard gate, and a photo ID will be required for entry. Please present your Eventbrite printed or electronic tickets upon check-in at the event.
The event is an adults only (21 and over please) geared towards letting parents relax and enjoy the night among friends – perhaps even making new friends.
We will be using the mobile bidding platform GiveSmart for all auction bidding – no more old school bidding with pen and paper! This will allow guests to freely mingle throughout the event without having to “keep guard” over one item, all while receiving bidding updates via their smartphones. With any type of mobile phone, guests can browse auction items, place bids, and pay for items with the tap of a finger. It will also allow for a seamless transition from close of auction to check out and item collection.
After you RSVP for the event, you will be automatically directed to the GiveSmart platform in order to pre-register for the auction.

Q: Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
A: This event is age 21+ only.
Q: Where do I pick up raffle tickets that are purchased in advance?
A: The pre-purchased raffle tickets will be picked up upon your arrival and check-in at the event. Please present a photo ID to pick up.
Q: What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
